IMMIGRATION

Application for Bail - £500 to £1,000 plus VAT plus disbursements.

Application for a Visa - £1,500 to £2,000 plus VAT plus disbursements.

Application for Asylum - £2,500 plus VAT plus disbursements.

Application for Appeal - £2,500 plus VAT plus disbursements.

Application for Leave to Appeal to Upper Tribunal - £500 plus VAT plus disbursements.

Application for Appeal to Upper Tribunal once Leave is granted - £2,000 to £2,500 plus VAT plus disbursements.

LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY

Application for 1 LPA – £350 plus VAT plus registration fee.

Application for 2 LPAs - £600 plus VAT plus registration fee.

Attending Donors place of resident for completion and signature - £150 plus VAT.

FAMILY MATTERS – Initial 30 minute interview for £75.00 plus VAT.

DIVORCE - £650 plus VAT plus disbursements if case is uncontested and without procedural issues which may require additional work which would be separately quoted.

MATRIMONIAL FINANCIAL APPLICATIONS – Normally £3,000 plus VAT plus disbursements for issuing proceedings, completion of Form Es, all preparation for and representation at First Directions Appointment.  A further £3,000 plus VAT for preparation for and representation at a Financial Dispute Resolution Hearing.  If case not settled, a further minimum fee of £7,500 plus VAT for representation at a Final Hearing (subject to length of the hearing).

CHILDREN DISPUTES – If Legal Aid is not available, minimum of £2,500 plus VAT up to and including First Directions Hearing.  A further minimum £3,000 plus VAT up to and including a Dispute Resolution Hearing.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE – If Legal Aid is not available, £3,000 plus VAT for issuing proceedings and representation at First Hearing.  Further hearings to be separately quoted.

EMPLOYMENT SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT – Fees are paid by the Employer.
