8. In some circumstances, we are able to assist clients in Family Law matters under the Legal Aid Scheme.

9. We are also able to provide clients with privately paid “unbundling” services in Family, Immigration, Employment and Administration of Estate cases, ie assist clients in limited and specifically defined parts of their case rather than being instructed to represent a client throughout the whole of their case.  We will quote a fixed fee for an agreed piece of work which will need to be paid in advance.  We are not able to accept payments by credit or debit card at the moment.
