We provide up to date, effective immigration advice to clients across the UK and internationally. Whether you are facing complex or niche immigration matters, Mr Kang has extensive experience and a proven track record of success. He works closely on Home Office guidelines and processes, examining each protocol to ensure clients receive the most up to date and valuable information. We assist clients with the following applications:

      a. Leave to remain

      b. Naturalisation or registration under the British

         Nationality Act 1981

      c. Applications on behalf of European Economic Area Nationals

and their family members under the applicable EEA

Regulations or Immigration Rules including applications

for permanent residence, residence cards and registration

         certificates.

Applications under the Immigration Rules include:

      a. Student and work experience visas

      b. Visit Visas (for tourism or visiting friends / family)

      c. Spouse and partners applications including fiancés or

         proposed civil partners

      d. Applications for work, business or study under the points

         based system

      e. Dependent relative and family reunion applications

      f. Ancestry visas

      g. Other categories such as applications on the basis of long          residence.

Whether you require a short stay visa or are considering settlement in the UK, we can look at your circumstances and create a bespoke action plan to fulfil your needs.

We understand the necessity of bringing families together. If your spouse or family member is residing abroad, they need to obtain “leave to enter” before they can travel to the UK. An application will accurately represent your situation.

When it is time to apply for residency, we will work with you from start to finish enabling your application to have the highest chance of success. Even if you are some time away from applying for British Residency or Nationalisation, we can advise you how to prepare for a successful application in the future.

If you or a family member would like to study in the UK, we can help you apply for a Student Visa or support you in extending your current Visa so you can complete your studies. Before a Student Visa can be processed, you must have been accepted on to a course in the UK and complete an English test. We can help you successfully complete the application process and get you to where you want to be.

An application for Asylum Protection in the UK can be made if you fear persecution or ill treatment in your country. An applicant who fears persecution in their native country can apply for Asylum in the UK and a successful application is given refugee status. If you do not qualify for refugee status with an asylum application, we can still help you qualify for humanitarian protection.

If you are a current business owner you may be looking to acquire skills from abroad. It can be difficult to obtain the correct licence in Tier 2, Tier 4 and Tier 5 whilst ensuring that your company complies with its separate criteria. The compliance of the sponsor licence always remains an essential element and we can help you in obtaining one and also making sure that you do not breach any of the requirements set by the Home Office.

When it is time to apply for your residency, we can help you from beginning to completion of your application to give you the highest chance of success.
