DIVORCE

£750 plus VAT plus Court fees (such as Divorce Petition fee of £612) if case is uncontested and without procedural issues which may require additional work which would be separately quoted.

MATRIMONIAL FINANCIAL CLAIMS

Normally £3,000 plus VAT plus disbursements such as Court fee of £313 for issuing proceedings, completion of Form Es, all preparation for and representation at First Directions Appointment. A further £3,000 plus VAT for preparation for and representation at a Financial Dispute Resolution Hering. If case not settled, a further minimum fee of £7,500 plus VAT for representation at a Final Hearing (subject to length of the hearing).

CHILDREN DISPUTES

If Legal Aid is not available, minimum of £2,500 plus VAT and disbursements (such as Court fee of £263 for a Child Arrangements Order) up to and including First Directions Hearing. Further minimum £3,000 plus VAT up to and including a Dispute Resolution Hearing.

DOMESTIC ABUSE

If Legal Aid is not available, £3,000 - £5000 plus VAT for issuing proceedings and representation at First Hearing. Further hearings to be separately quoted.
